International Dignitaries Rally for a New Iran Policy, Support NCRI as Democratic Alternative

Image
Written by Shamsi Saadati Paris, France  – On Saturday, May 17, 2025, an influential international conference convened in Paris, uniting parliamentarians and prominent political figures from a wide array of countries including the United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Malta, Switzerland, Romania, Portugal, and the Netherlands. The central theme of the gathering was the urgent need for a new, decisive international policy towards Iran, with a strong emphasis on supporting democratic change and recognizing the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) as a viable alternative to the current regime. The event served as a significant platform for global lawmakers to voice their concerns over the deteriorating human rights situation in Iran, the regime’s escalating domestic repression, its destabilizing regional activities, and its persistent pursuit of a nuclear program. A recurring call throughout the conference was for Western governments to adopt a firmer stance, including the ...

Iranian dissidents disrupt over 210 regime Foreign Ministry websites and servers

Image
By Matin Karim Iranian dissidents have been able to take control over 210 websites, software applications, servers, data banks, and other aspects of the regime’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) on Sunday. The front pages of these 210 websites and software apps associated to the mullahs’ Foreign Ministry and their embassies across the globe were defaced and replaced with images of the Iranian Resistance leadership and slogans calling for the regime’s overthrow. The MFA’s servers and main data banks in Tehran have been “destroyed”, according to reports. Tens of thousands of documents have been obtained and confiscated by the Ghiam ta Sarnegouni (uprising until regime overthrow) group. Main software applications and the MFA’s internal coordination programs, including apps managing news and reports, visas, appointments and referrals, personnel, salaries, and other branches have been complicated and dissidents were able to take control of these branches. The regime’s embassies are a...

Image
Maryam Rajavi : Cutting off the Internet, shooting, massacring, and sending Helicopters will no longer work Following Baluch compatriots’ uprising, which began on Monday, February 22, with the massacre of deprived fuel carriers, the people of  Zahedan  staged protests in Zahedan’s Karimabad and Shirabad townships at midnight. The IRGC opened fire on protesters in Karimaabad, killing and wounding many protesters. In another development, this morning, February 25, Baluchi protesters closed the Jask – Chabahar highway. Terrified that the uprising would continue, beginning this morning, the security forces opened fire indiscriminately in Zahedan, wounding several people. Simultaneously, several IRGC helicopters hovered over Zahedan to create an atmosphere of terror. Anti-riot units descended on Iranshahr from Kerman. The situation in the cities of this region is very tense. To suppress the Baluch compatriots, the IRGC, and the anti-riot special forces have been using the Ra...

Iran’s State-Run Media: Protests Are Fire Under the Ashes

Image
By Mansoureh Galestan Due to the regime’s wrong policies, state-run media warn the regime’s officials of an upcoming uprising with the growing social and economic crisis in Iran. These warnings come days after the  uprising  in Sistan and Baluchistan province, southeast Iran. We could count numerous events during which Hassan Rouhani’s government refused to act. This failure has resulted in nothing other than despair for society. Instead of worrying about whether we should criticize the government or not, we should think about how burning chances in the context of people’s frustration with its long-term consequences affect other political and social developments in the future?”  wrote  the state-run Ebtekar daily on Wednesday. Ebtekar’s article responds to the remarks by the regime’s President Hassan Rouhani regarding the recent uprising in Sistan and Baluchistan. Protests erupted in Sistan and Baluchistan on February 22, after the Revolutionary Guards ( IRGC )...

Foreign terror cells the backbone of Iran’s IRGC

Image
By Dr. Majid Rafizadeh Since 1979, Iran has set up many terrorist cells in foreign nations and trained and armed militants abroad in order to pursue its hegemonic ambitions, export its revolutionary ideals, carry out assassinations, and undermine other countries’ national interests and scuttle their foreign policy objectives. After the Iran-Iraq War, the ruling clergy became very interested in creating terror cells in other countries because they give the regime several advantages, including being less costly in comparison to launching direct attacks against other countries. These cells also give the regime the advantage of anonymity, making it very difficult for other governments to directly connect Tehran to terrorist attacks and hold the Iranian leaders accountable. Over the last four decades, the regime has succeeded in building a worldwide network of terror cells. Only last month, Saudi Arabia broke up an Iranian-trained cell, arresting 10 people and seizing weapons and e...

Why Iran’s Regime Tries To Influence Global Media To Demonize Opposition MEK?

Image
By Shahriar kia Since shortly after the Iranian Revolution of 1979, Iran’s theocratic regime has faced serious challenges from the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK). The MEK, contributed to the overthrow of Shah Pahlavi. When mullahs hijacked the revolution, the MEK was on the frontline demanding freedom and justice for people. Persons familiar with the  MEK , its platform, and its leadership understand that it has been the leading voice for democracy in Iran throughout four decades. Therefore, mullahs have tried to tarnish MEK’s image as the leading opposition group. The details of two recent, nationwide uprisings in Iran once again showed the MEK’s extensive social influence. But Tehran can still be expected to fight tooth and nail to preserve a false narrative of the MEK’s unimportance. The Iranian regime has been pursuing this false narrative and demonizing campaign, in the form of a coordinated disinformation campaigns run by Iran’s Ministry of Intellig...

IRGC's Terror Designation by US Could Hurt Iran Regime's Economy

Image
The United States placed the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps in the State Department's terrorist list Let's take a glimpse of a good article from Shahriar Kia By Shahriar Kia The US State Department’s decision to place the Iranian regime’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on their list of foreign terrorist organisations could substantially harm the regime’s already damaged economy, according to analysts at the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS). The move forms part of the US’s “maximum pressure” campaign on Iran's regime, which is designed to bring the mullahs back to the table for negotiations over their malign behaviour. Dr. Raz Zimmt, an expert on Iran at the INSS, said that the decision had “the potential to cause a lot of damage”. The IRGC, which was created by Khomeini after the 1979 Islamic Revolution as his personal army, now controls around a third of the Iranian economy via subsidiaries and trusts, including its nuclear program,...

Floods in Iran Preventions, Consequences and Responsibilities

Image
By  Reza Hoseani After flooding in Golestan province, now the most painful news comes from Shiraz, Khorramabad, Qasrshirin, Abadan and North Khorasan. The gate of the Quran in Shiraz witnessed the destruction of hundreds of cars whose occupants crapped inside them desperately. The number of deaths increases momentarily. The authorities of the Mullah regime in Europe are happy to celebrate the Noruz Holidays and people live in an insurmountable flood. The people of Shiraz have been the victims of a devastating flood. But there is no Mayor of Shiraz The Shiraz prosecutor said that “the flood is due to the negligence of trustees” Forty years of plunder and devastation of the clerical sovereignty The Iranian regime reports at least 17 people died in Shiraz. But Social media reports indicate a high number of fatalities. The people of Iran have the same capacity to deal with natural disasters that our ancestors had in the Stone Age, that is, no! It d...

Iran’s New Judiciary Head Represents Clear Disregard For Human Rights – OpEd

Image
The Iranian regime has appointed the killer of political prisoners as head of the judiciary to counter the wave of protests and protests and this is an insult to human rights that is necessary for all societies and European countries to condemn it. By Tahar Boumedra This Friday was the official swearing in of Ebrahim Raisi as the head of the federal judiciary in the Islamic Republic of Iran. His predecessor in the position, Sadeq Larijani, was notorious for hardline enforcement measures including systematic denial of due process, and in recent years he has overseen the steady escalation of crackdowns on dissent throughout Iranian society. If history is any indication, Raisi, who was appointed to a five-year term by Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, is set to be even worse. There are a number of features of the new judiciary chief’s record that underscore his apparent disregard for human rights and any recognizable principle of justice. But one thing stands out above all others: In 198...

Human rights violations on the rise in Iran

Image
The massive violation of human rights in Iran is one of the levers of government's actions in the Iranian regime I would like to draw your attention to the excellent article that  Dr. Majid Rafizadeh has written about this. By Dr. Majid Rafizadeh It is unfortunate that the Iranian regime’s human rights violations are attracting little attention from international media outlets. When President Hassan Rouhani was running for re-election, he famously criticized the human rights situation in the country and promised to improve it. But, since he won the election, the president evades discussing it. Based on the latest developments, a report published by Amnesty International last month indicated that human rights abuses have reached a new high. This is happening while some world leaders and governments continue to label the Iranian president as a moderate political figure. Iran’s Penal Code allows executions to be carried out by many different methods, such as hanging, stoni...

Mass human rights violator appointed as Iran's judiciary chief

Image
The dramatic story of human rights in Iran is something you can read in this statement  Today, Ali Khamenei, leader of Iran’s religious dictatorship, appointed Ebrahim Raisi, a member of the Death Committee in the massacre of 30,000 political prisoners in 1988, and a devoted supporter of the supreme leader, as head of Iran’s judiciary. Raisi should be subject to international prosecution for committing crimes against humanity in the massacre of political prisoners in 1988, and tried for genocide of PMOI members. His appointment as the highest judicial authority of the clerical regime signals a hard turn to even more repression by the clerical regime against the Iranian people and resistance. Khamenei described his appointment as a "new era" and the “second stage” of the regime’s so-called revolution, and ordered Raisi not “to pay heed to outsiders when dealing with judicial matters.” In 1988, Grand Ayatollah Hossein-Ali Montazeri, Khomeini’s successor at the ti...
