Countering Iran’s Threat, Strategies for Regional Stability

Written by Mahmoud Hakamian Two-minute read On Sunday morning, April 14, the Iranian regime launched an unprecedented attack against Israel, escalating tensions in the Middle East. Despite military experts’ assessments that the attack failed, it underscores  Iran’s role as a focal point  of regional conflict. The October 7th attack sent shockwaves globally. Despite ample evidence implicating the Iranian regime, Western governments dismissed Tehran’s involvement, adhering to a flawed appeasement policy toward the primary state sponsor of terrorism. They disregarded explicit statements from Revolutionary Guards  (IRGC) commanders boasting  about their direct role in the attack. For decades, the Iranian Resistance has urged the international community to adopt a resolute stance against the Iranian regime’s aggression and terrorism. Despite persistent calls, the failed appeasement policy of the West allowed Tehran to escalate its belligerent activities, including financing, arming, train

Let's move our hands to change our world
In the age of consciousness, and in the 21st century, brutality and barbarism must be stopped, this is not worthy of humanity.
At the first step, you should be the center of this cruelty and the godfather of crime and murder, terrorism and fundamentalism that nobody is part of Iran's terrorist government.
The fact is that the killing and execution of political and conscientious prisoners in public or in prisons is secretly in its astronomical dimensions on the coin of killing innocent people abroad by this regime.

The issuance of terrorism and the support of fundamentalist and terrorist groups in this regime is institutionalized and is part of the constitution.
The crimes committed by perpetrators and groups affiliated with this corrupt and expansionist state in Syria and Lebanon and Iraq and the Middle East countries are daily and committed to the terrorist explosions in Lebanon that the regime is proud of, or the terrorist explosions in Argentina and the explosives in the other The rest of the world is basically in line with this regime, which was founded by Khomeini and began on the first day with the hostage taking of innocent civilians at the US embassy in Iran, which had no purpose other than ransoming the world.

To grieve with orphans and abandoned children

To sympathize with men and women who have lost their husbands.
To encourage old mothers who have lost their children.
To build societies free of abuses and murder and crime
To improve the living conditions of our future generations and our children, we can and must be able to take root and use the flood of the human societies in which power lies beyond those of the state.
Bringing dictators to the bottom of the trial can be one of the guarantees of peace and security and freedom of opinion and peaceful life for human beings.

I need to cooperate with you, your friends and every free man, and I request that we help the Mrs. Maryam Rajavi realize this.

The 1988 massacre of 30,000 political prisoners in Iran is considered the worst massacre of political prisoners since the end of World War II.
Most of those executed were youths who had been imprisoned for taking part in peaceful demonstrations or for having read political literature. Many of them had finished serving their sentences.
Prisoners were hanged in large groups and subsequently buried in mass graves. Death commissions sent prisoners to the gallows after a brief question and answer.
A November 2, 2007, report by Amnesty International states that ‘‘between 27 July 1988 and the end of that year, thousands of political prisoners [in Iran], including prisoners of conscience, were executed in prisons nationwide.’’
According to Amnesty International, “There should be no impunity for human rights violations, no matter where or when they took place. The 1988 executions should be subject to an independent impartial investigation, and all those responsible should be brought to justice, and receive appropriate penalties.’’
The masterminds and perpetrators of this massacre have held the highest judicial, political, and intelligence government posts since the beginning of the mullahs’ rule. Not only they defend their crimes against humanity, but they continue such executions and massacres.
An audio tape by Khomeini’s heir-apparent reveals new evidence about the massacre of over 30,000 political prisoners, including women and children, in Iran’s jails in summer 1988. Addressing members of the “death commission” who issued the death sentences, Khomeini’s heir-apparent described the massacre as, ‘‘the greatest crime committed during the Islamic Republic, for which history will condemn us.’’

We, the undersigned, urge you to act through the U.N. Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Iran, the Human Rights Council and the U.N General Assembly and launch an independent committee to completely investigate this massacre and compile the necessary documents about it, as well as the names of the perpetrators and their roles in order to uphold justice.
This petition will be delivered to:
  • UN Secretary General
Antonio Guterres (UN Secretary General) (UN Secretary General) (UN Secretary General)
  • UN High Commissioner on Human Rights
    Prince Zeid bin Ra'ad
  • U.N. Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Iran
    Asma Jahangir
