In recent remarks to Western media, Iran’s ambassador to the United Nations underscored the fact that the regime’s parliament has set February 21 as a deadline for the U.S. Government to once again make the US a party to the nuclear deal. “We have said time and again that if the U.S. decides to go back to its international commitments and lift all the illegal sanctions against Iran, we will go back to the full implementation of [the deal],” he said, referring to earlier statements from the likes of Iran’s Foreign Minister  Mohammad Javad Zarif . Iran’s 2018 Terror Plot Reveals Extent of the Regime’s Global Impunity

There they received an explosive device that their handler had smuggled into Europe on a commercial flight while traveling on his diplomatic passport. The couple was instructed to carry the device into France, gain access to the rally of Iranian opposition that was taking place on June 30, and place the bomb as close as possible to the Iranian opposition president, Mrs.  Maryam Rajavi . Fortunately, all of this was observed in real time by European law enforcement, which ultimately intervened to arrest the plot’s mastermind, the would-be bombers, and a fourth accomplice in three separate operations. Failed EU Appeasement Policy on Iran

We now know that the so-called diplomat,  Assadollah Assadi , is in fact a senior agent of the Iranian regime’s sinister Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS). He used the cover of being a diplomat in the Iranian embassy in Vienna to enable him to plan a terrorist bomb attack that would have caused carnage on European soil, potentially killing hundreds of men, women and children, including many prominent European and international politicians. UK Lawmakers Call for International Investigation About Human Rights Violations in Iran

British lawmakers called for international intervention since Iran’s regime continues to ignore the international condemnations and shrugs off pleas and recommendations to improve the human rights situation.  Saeid Sangar, 47, was arrested in 2000 for supporting the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK).  By Hamideh Taati On Tuesday, January 26, according to reports tallied by Iran’s main opposition group, the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran ( PMOI/MEK ), large rallies were held in major Iranian cities by retirees and social security pensioners, based on a previous call to protest. Most of the protesters are unable to work or earn any more during their retirement and suffer from difficult living conditions and illness. The demonstrators protested the meager pensions they receive and their inadequacy. Some of the slogans in these protests included: “We will not give up until we get our rights,” “We cry out against injustice,” “Our rights are only achieved by taking to the streets,” and “Our tables are empty, enough with the promises.” The regime’s security forces attacked the rallies which was organized by the social security retirees and pensioners in different Iranian cities. The remarks amounted to a predictable denial of responsibility, and they should serve to further underscore the need for an assertive shift in Western policies, with the aim of holding the entire regime accountable for its terrorist activity in the wake of Assadi’s conviction.
