Countering Iran’s Threat, Strategies for Regional Stability

Despite military experts’ assessments that the attack failed, it underscores  Iran’s role as a focal point  of regional conflict. The October 7th attack sent shockwaves globally. Despite ample evidence implicating the Iranian regime, Western governments dismissed Tehran’s involvement, adhering to a flawed appeasement policy toward the primary state sponsor of terrorism. They disregarded explicit statements from Revolutionary Guards  (IRGC) commanders boasting  about their direct role in the attack. Brussels - Iran conference: perspective of change and European Union policy with the presence of Mrs. Maryam Rajavi

 

Today, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the president-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran for the period of the transfer of sovereignty to the people of Iran, was welcomed by a group of representatives of the European Parliament and entered the parliament in Brussels and participated in the conference “Iran: Prospects of Change and European Union Policy”.
Mrs. Rajavi called for an international campaign to stop executions in Iran.

This conference was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Sar Salkhous, the co-chairman of Friends of Azad Iran in the European Parliament.
Dozens of European Parliament representatives from various political groups from different countries participated in this conference and 15 of them gave speeches. They supported the National Council of Resistance of Iran and Mrs. Rajavi’s 10-point plan.

Jose Manuel Fernandez, Head of the Commission for Relations with Brazil, Herman Tretsch, Fitzgerald, Deputy of the Parliamentary Group of European People’s Parties and Deputy Prime Minister of Ireland in 2018, Gianna Gancha and Alejo Vidal Cuadras, former Vice President of the European Parliament.
